pandora silver bracelet
Sterling silver bracelet ruined from chlorine!!!! help!!!!!?

I went into the spa with my pandora bracelet which is sterling silver, and when i came out it was all greyish and the silvery shine had rubbed off!! is there ANY way i can fix this and restore it back to its natural shine? PLease help!

Thanks

Drug stores and supermarkets sell a lot of products designed to shine silver after it gets that patina. Don’t do it TOO often because it will eventually wear away the silver plating (which varies in thickness based on the manufacturer). You can certainly do it a few times without worry. They have roll-on applicators, tubs where you submerge your jewelry, creams, pads, buffers, etc. There are all sorts of ways to shine silver so ask your mom or a jeweler the next time you go to the mall. Or just poke around your neighborhood Rite Aid/CVS/Walgreens. These products usually sit in the back by the nail stuff and other beauty odds and ends.

Oh, and the products are very inexpensive.

Edit:
“Ellie” is so wrong. Silver tarnishes and I’ve got Tiffany’s jewelry by the armful to back that up. If Tiffany & Co. jewelry tarnishes, any silver will.

pandora silver beads
do all pandora beads have 925 stamp?

this apparently is the silver symbol

A stamp that says 925 means that the metal used is sterling silver, which is .925 pure. Or 92.5% pure silver.
