do pandora bracelets turn copper or make your wrist green?

i plan to buy one for my mom for mothers day.. the gold bracelet chains are too expensive.. and the silver ones are lik $50.. would those like defect?

if you buy a sterling silver one, you won’t have any problems. Don’t buy a silver plated one, the plating will wear off and the base metal underneath will come through.
Your mum is lucky though, sounds like a nice gift for her.

Is it true that some other brands of charms, e.g Bacio, Lovelinks etc, are too heavy for Pandora bracelets, or is it Pandora just trying to keep their business for themselves only?

No. That’s one of the reasons that many people buy Pandora bracelets. It is because they are able to support all beads (or most of them at least).

Pandora are the lead in charm bracelets, because of this. They wouldn’t be thinking about stealing business beads from all other stores.
