pandora bracelet starter
Pandora bracelet owners?

I am thinking of buying a Pandora starter bracelet for my mothers 40th, the website I have viewed says to order it 3cm larger than the wrist measurement, only I have heard reports of them being easily lost due to falling off the wrist as most people tend to aquire the beads over time rather than buying them all at once.

I was just looking for some insight from those who own one on the right size difference between wrist and bracelet?

I got mine recently :) and I love it!
Mine is 17cm which is 2cm bigger than my wrist, it has 8 charms on it so it isn’t exactly full but even with a lot on i’d say its still the perfect size.
That’s my experience with one but the woman in the shop told me what size i should get to fit properly so maybe you should just ask a shop assistants advice when you’re buying it.
Good luck

sterling silver pandora style beads

Pandora Jewelry

The history of Pandora beads originated in Denmark about three decades ago. These beads are established on stories from Greek mythology. Each one is exclusive and hand-crafted, and once put together on a bracelet or necklace, they tell a different tale.

According to the Greek myth, Zeus wanted revenge on the god Prometheus, as he had stolen fire from the gods and gave it to humanity. Zeus instructed Hephaestus to create Pandora – the first woman – and made the other gods spoil her in order to entice humans. Athena, the goddess of wisdom, gifted Pandora clothes, the goddess of love, Aphrodite, nurtured her beauty and chariots, goddess of charm adorned her with necklaces crafted by Hephaestus.

Meanwhile Pandora was given a box by Zeus, which she was forbidden to open, soon after she was sent to earth. Whilst being created she was created she infused with curiosity, hence Pandora could not avoid the temptation of looking in and finding out what was in the box thus she opened the box and let evil into the world subsequently all that was left in the box was hope.

The makers of Pandora jewelry use hope as the theme behind their jewelry. This Pandora jewelry allows the wearer to create their own style of jewelry and tell their own story using the different beads which are available. Each piece of jewelry is a door and window into the wearer’s imagination.
