All products purchased at acotis are delivered within the UK mainland completely free of charge, either by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or via City Link Couriers. Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm and delivery time is usually within 1-3 working days (Does not include weekends or bank holidays).
If the delivery of your order is more urgent, we also offer a next day delivery option, either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via City Link Couriers. Your order must be placed before 4pm the day before and this service is only available for deliveries made on a Monday to Friday (does not include weekends or bank holidays).
An additional charge will be applicable for this service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
