To answer the original question, Pandora is priced for each individual country, so its hard to say whether something is ‘cheaper’. It depends on the current exchange rate. If you wanted to buy PANDORA from the UK in US dollars as of today… it would be quite a bit more expensive.
Also, be aware that as a rule PANDORA retailers can only sell to their country. So US can’t sell to Canada, UK can’t sell to US, etc…
