1 year together as a couple, what to do?

Me and my girlfriend (im a 15 year old girl btw) are going to be together for 1 year in 1 month, i love her dearly but the thing is i have NO idea what to do. We aren’t supposed to be together because of our parents and we cant have sleepovers or anything, so im just really stuck on what to do. Nobody really knows that we are going out, because if our parents found out we would be dead.
